Responsibilities
Tier-3 escalation for Arista SD-WAN (VeloCloud) incidents
Advanced troubleshooting of latency, jitter, packet loss, brownouts
Configure and optimize VeloCloud Edges, Gateways, and Orchestrator
Design and tune business policies, QoS, and traffic steering
Troubleshoot BGP, static routing, MPLS, DIA, LTE/5G
SaaS and cloud optimization (O365, Azure, AWS)
Work with VMware TAC and ISP/carrier providers
Lead SD-WAN changes, upgrades, and stability initiatives
Create runbooks, SOPs, and root-cause documentation
Qualification
Required
5+ years enterprise networking experience
3+ years hands-on Arista SD-WAN (VeloCloud)
Strong BGP and WAN routing expertise
Experience with multi-site SD-WAN deployments (100+ sites)
Advanced network troubleshooting and packet analysis
ITIL incident/change management experience
Preferred
VMware VCP-NV or SD-WAN certification
Firewall integration (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco)
Retail, financial services, or MSP environments
Cloud networking exposure (Azure/AWS)
