Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
Proficiency in managing project operations and ensuring quality control
Experience in the African energy or infrastructure market is highly advantageous
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and deliver results under tight deadlines
