Responsibilities
Power Unit Engineering – Design, simulation, calibration, and validation of hybrid F1 power units (combustion, turbocharging, ERS, and control systems)
Manufacturing & Build – Precision machining, dyno operation, and assembly of F1 hybrid engines
Program & Operations – Program planning, supply chain, logistics, and quality to enable a global championship effort
Qualification
Required
Passion for Formula 1 and high-performance engineering
Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, controls, or hybrid systems
Ability to solve problems and thrive in fast-paced environments
Drive to contribute to a new and ambitious Formula 1 program
