Outside Sales Representative
Atrio Search is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Rep with a proven track record in the Concrete Admixture space. This role focuses on selling innovative products through hands-on demonstrations and effective use of samples to showcase product value.
Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed sales targets as outlined by the Company
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to both prospective and existing customers, showcasing the companies value and solutions
Build and nurture relationships with key purchasing decision-makers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers using various sources, including industry directories, trade shows, online platforms, and market research
Gather and provide market intelligence on customer preferences, competitive activity, and emerging trends, offering insights for product innovation and market strategy
Represent the Company at industry trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings to promote the companies brand and solutions
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in the Concrete Admixture space
Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Experience in preparing and delivering persuasive presentations
Skills in building and nurturing relationships with key purchasing decision-makers
Ability to generate and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers
Experience in gathering and providing market intelligence
Ability to represent the Company at industry trade shows and networking events
