Creative Strategist
Wayne Media Group is seeking a Creative Strategist who will lead and execute creative strategies across multiple client accounts. This role will bridge client goals with execution teams, ensuring that all creative outputs are strategically aligned and performance-driven.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed creative roadmap and strategies for each client, aligning with their overall business and marketing goals
Continuously monitor client industries and competitors to keep strategies fresh, innovative and competitive
Set up, manage and optimize social media ads (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) and boosted posts based on client’s strategic goals
Monitor ad performance and make real-time adjustments to improve results
Write compelling, brand-aligned copy for social media posts and ads
Collaborate closely with graphic designers to ensure creative execution matches approved content strategy and client brand guidelines
Work with media team during pre-production, offering input on video concepts, messaging and deliverables that best support client strategies
Coordinate with web team to align campaigns across all platforms
Conduct strategy meetings with clients to review campaign performance, analytics, and adjust plans as needed
Present strategic recommendations and creative ideas in a way that is clear, engaging and tailored to each client’s priorities
Prepare and deliver client facing reports focusing on KPIs and metrics that are most meaningful to the client’s success
Proactively bring new ideas and creative opportunities to client meetings to increase engagement and results
Work with internal teams (graphic designers, media, and web) to ensure seamless project execution and creative alignment
Perform any and all duties assigned by your manager
Qualification
Required
Ability to plan and execute creative strategies that align with client goals across multiple service areas
Experience creating clear, actionable content strategies and roadmaps that guide the creative team over multi-month periods
Strong ability to write for different brands with consistency and creativity
Proficiency in setting up, optimizing, and analyzing paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including boosted post strategies
Ability to read performance metrics, extract meaningful insights, and use them to refine strategies
Experience leading client meetings to present strategies, review analytics, and align on goals for upcoming quarters
Skill in seeing the bigger picture, identifying creative opportunities, and making recommendations that drive client success
Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and ensure creative deliverables are completed on time and meet expectations
Working knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and project management platforms
2+ years of experience in a team setting managing social media full-time
