Responsibilities

Architect and implement a closed-loop learning system integrating synthetic data generation, automated pattern discovery, and scenario-based stress testing
Develop GenAI-powered data mining algorithms to identify latent structures, cross-domain patterns, and evolving risk signals across credit, transactional, and fraud datasets
Lead bias diagnosis and counterfactual testing to ensure fairness and regulatory compliance under stress scenarios
Collaborate with risk, compliance, and fraud teams to align AI-driven insights with business objectives and regulatory standards
Create dynamic segmentation models that evolve with customer states and macroeconomic conditions
Stay current with advancements in AI/ML and proactively integrate emerging technologies into Experian's solutions

Qualification

AI/ML experiencePythonTensorFlowPyTorchAdvanced degreeMachine learning algorithmsModern language modelsCloud-based ML platform

Required

7+ years of experience in AI/ML, with hands-on expertise in building, deploying and monitoring models at scale
Strong knowledge of modern language models (Transformers, GPT APIs, SLMs, RLHF), and agent-based architectures
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-based ML platform
Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in computer science, AI/ML or related field
Experience with machine learning algorithms and processes (such as xgboost, GANs, Clustering, Graph Algorithms, Reinforcement Learning)
