Required

Preferred

Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or a related discipline
Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst)
Experience working within institutional investment environments or large-scale asset management firms
Familiarity with emerging investment trends including ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria and alternative assets
Demonstrated ability to lead digital transformation initiatives within investment operations
