This position plays a vital role in maintaining an efficient, professional, and inclusive environment within the School of Law.

Responsibilities
Perform routine clerical and administrative functions, including answering phones, drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining paper and electronic files
Provide high-quality customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and prospective students
Greet and assist individuals entering the law school building
Assist with event planning, coordination, and setup
Support day-to-day office operations and administrative needs of the School of Law
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two (2) years of administrative and/or office management experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, including word processing, file and records management, and general office systems
Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively
Collaborative, team-focused approach with the ability to work well with diverse populations
