Responsibilities
Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models
Input product designs into CAM/computer modeling software
Load raw materials and select appropriate cutting tools
Adjust machine settings to meet exact product specifications
Troubleshoot issues during the machining process
Perform in‑process quality checks to ensure accuracy
Clean, maintain, and service CNC machines
Train new team members on machine operation and safety procedures
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints
Proficiency with CAM or computer modeling software
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift materials
Willingness to work occasional overtime or off‑shifts
Preferred
Swiss‑Type and/or Twin Spindle machining
Y‑axis machining
