Supply Chain Coordinator and Administrative Assistant

They are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Supply Chain Coordinator & Administrative Assistant to play a critical role in day-to-day operations, focusing on logistics and administrative support.

Responsibilities
Coordinate freight transportation and logistics
Track shipping, receiving, inventory, and related expenses
Coordinate purchasing and logistics for recycled plastics and Triton Ties raw materials
Communicate with suppliers, customers, carriers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations
Maintain operational reports and accurate records
Order and manage office supplies
Assist the President with scheduling, correspondence, and communications
Support general office and administrative needs as they arise
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Self-starter mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
Preferred
Experience with logistics or supply chain operations is a strong plus
