Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end accounting function for assigned assets, from transaction processing through final financial reporting
Monitor and manage payables, cash flows, and owner distributions in alignment with contractual requirements
Lead the planning process for annual budgets and ongoing forecasts, providing analysis of performance trends and variances
Establish, document, and reinforce accounting standards, internal controls, and supporting documentation
Coordinate audit readiness efforts and address information requests from internal and external auditors
Evaluate existing workflows and implement improvements to strengthen accuracy, consistency, and efficiency
Prepare and present financial insights that support both operational oversight and strategic planning
Work closely with property-level teams to provide financial guidance that informs daily execution and longer-term initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in accounting
2-3 years of professional accounting experience
Understands: accruals, journal entries, financial statements, budgeting, reconciliations, and other accounting fundamentals
Preferred
Bachelor's (Preferred)
General ledger reconciliation: 2 years (Preferred)
Month-end close: 2 years (Preferred)
Financial reporting: 2 years (Preferred)
