Responsibilities

Consolidate OPEX and COGS forecasts from finance partners by creating Excel exhibits and PowerPoint slides with narratives around expense trends and performance for leadership
Analyze financial results, trends, and KPIs, delivering actional insights to leadership
Perform ad hoc expense forecasting, budgeting, and models using raw data exported from Anaplan/Tableau/PowerBI
Mentor and guide junior financial analyst as needed
Learn the expense and headcount data ecosystem
To understand how future changes will affect current workstreams, and
To drive process improvements and innovation

Qualification

Required

Minimum 4+ years of FP&A (or related) experience required
Strong communication skills, with proven ability to work across teams
Problem-solving skills
Candidate should be able to propose solution frameworks that answer questions and solve business problems with minimal review required
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Anaplan, and Tableau
Ability to architect, build, and explain dynamic, multiparameter expense/headcount Excel models
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Being able to manage competing task in a fast-paced environment
Background in accounting, or equivalent on the job experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

Fundamental data skills (e.g., beginner data engineering/science background) desirable but not required
