Partner Field Marketing Manager
KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Partner Field Marketing Manager to join their team. This role involves leading marketing onboarding for new partners, managing marketing workflows, and collaborating with partners to drive demand and pipeline through the partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Lead marketing onboarding for new partners, including training on Market Development Funds (MDF) program and marketing best practices
Provide ongoing partner marketing enablement, including hosting monthly regional Partner Marketing Office Hours and responding to partner marketing requests
Own and manage marketing workflows for the Aligned Partner Program, including MDF execution, partner customer stories, and partner solution showcase publishing
Partner with designated top regional partners and Partner Sales to lead annual and quarterly joint marketing planning
Guide partners on available campaigns, content, and resources to drive demand and pipeline through the partner ecosystem
Advise partners on optimal campaign strategies based on buyer personas, partner type, and business model
Support execution of partner-led campaigns, including in-person and virtual events, ABM programs, and digital demand-generation campaigns
Provide ongoing optimization guidance to improve campaign performance, with a focus on new-logo deal registrations and pipeline growth
Plan and execute partner events, including partner dinners, regional summits, and partner tracks
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between partner marketing initiatives and broader regional and integrated campaigns
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in partner field marketing, supporting a variety of partner types across multiple campaign formats
Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable ROI from in-person events, virtual events, ABM, and digital campaigns
Strong focus on pipeline generation, pipeline acceleration, and conversion to bookings
Hands-on experience managing MDF programs and delivering strong ROI on partner investments
Familiarity with partner portals, deal registration processes, and partner-led demand models
Understanding of partner lead nurturing and how it differs from direct marketing workflows
Knowledge of the IT channel as a route to market
High-energy, resourceful, and proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Comfortable presenting to internal stakeholders and partners on campaign strategy and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
