Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute an ERP re-implementation project in a live environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design system workflows
Configure ERP modules to meet business needs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data migration, reporting, and system customization
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with data security and integrity standards throughout the implementation process
Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in ERP implementation and support
Strong understanding of ERP platforms
Hands-on experience in manufacturing processes and ERP modules for production planning, inventory, and supply chain
Experience with SQL (including query optimization, stored procedures, and database design)
Experience working in Manufacturing environments
Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and project management abilities
Knowledge of business process mapping and workflow automation
