Responsibilities
Lead and modernize core IT services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data systems
Identify, pilot, and scale emerging technologies that improve student success and operational performance
Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, aligning technology and innovation with long-term strategy
Champion a culture of innovation, experimentation, and change management
Build internal and external partnerships to advance technology-enabled solutions
Provide executive sponsorship, vision and oversight for college-wide technology innovations and improvements
Contribute insights to inform ongoing comprehensive planning
Assure execution of the college's comprehensive plan activities
Collaborate with all areas of the college to identify and implement solutions that address systemic educational barriers and unmet needs
Coordinate and oversee IT projects, prioritizing resources effectively and communicating project status with all college constituencies
Supervise and direct the IT leadership team responsible for day-
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in leading and modernizing core IT services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data systems
Proven ability to identify, pilot, and scale emerging technologies that improve student success and operational performance
Experience serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership, aligning technology and innovation with long-term strategy
Ability to champion a culture of innovation, experimentation, and change management
Experience building internal and external partnerships to advance technology-enabled solutions
Strong strategic leadership skills for managing a technology ecosystem
Ability to anticipate and maintain a vision for future technology needs or opportunities
Experience recommending strategies, priorities, and projects that achieve strategic goals and objectives
Ability to contribute insights to inform ongoing comprehensive planning
Experience in coordinating and overseeing IT projects, prioritizing resources effectively, and communicating project status
Experience supervising and directing an IT leadership team
