Represent clients in Workers' Compensation cases
Handle police/fire presumptions and public safety litigation
Manage a caseload with a target of ~11 units/day
Provide exceptional client service and support
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2.5–3 years' experience in Workers' Compensation law
Ability to represent elite clients such as NBA, WNBA, and First Responders
Experience with police/fire presumptions and public safety litigation
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a hybrid/remote environment
Willingness to engage in challenging and purposeful cases
