CITON Claims Solutions, LLC is a leading provider of claim management and administration services for insurance companies. They are seeking a Vendor/Catastrophe Manager to develop and manage vendor partnerships, optimize workflows, and ensure operational excellence during catastrophe events.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the strategy, performance management, and relationship supervision of independent adjusters, IA firms, carriers, managed repair partners, and other vendor partners that support claims operations
Establish and sustain scalable vendor programs, which encompass performance scorecards, compliance monitoring, service-level agreements (SLAs), and onboarding processes
Coordinate vendor deployment, scale capacity rapidly, ensure quality outcomes, and minimize cycle time and leakage to lead catastrophe (CAT) operations
Develop dashboards in Excel and Power BI that emphasize vendor metrics, severity, throughput, and customer experience trends to monitor operational data and drive improvement
Maximize the efficiency, visibility, and accuracy of reporting by optimizing the use of technology tools, such as Xactanalysis
Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, operations, IT/product, finance, and compliance to ensure that the vendor strategy is in alignment with CITON's growth initiatives
By identifying, recommending, and assisting in the implementation of emerging AI and automation tools that enhance the efficacy of claims handling and vendor management, you can remain at the forefront of the industry

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or related field; professional certifications such as CPCU, AIC, or AIDA
5+ years of vendor management within claims operations; 10+ years overall in homeowners' insurance (claims focus)
Mastery of Xactanalysis is required
Proven ability to manage large networks of independent adjusters and drive results during catastrophe response cycles
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook
Exceptional ability to influence, negotiate, and clearly communicate expectations across diverse teams
Process-oriented, adaptable, and capable of bringing structure to fast-paced, high-demand operational environments
