Drive continuous improvements for the Global Sales Engineering Team
Plan and budget key operational programs in partnership with Senior Leadership
Collaborate with Strategic Finance for long-term revenue forecasting
Coordinate with Marketing and Product for an integrated go-to-market plan
Lead strategic projects for new product releases utilizing data insights

Oversee talent management strategy for Sales Engineering team training
Qualification
Required
Passion for new technologies, particularly in Industrial IoT
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
7.5+ years in Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, or Sales Strategy
Proven experience in driving organizational strategy with centralized reporting
Expertise in process building that enhances productivity and efficiency
Understanding of business process automation with cross-functional initiative experience
Direct engagement experience with customers in pre-sales or customer success roles
