Oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
Collaborate closely with leadership and the Board on long‑term planning
Support grant budgeting and reporting
Evaluate and oversee financial procedures and programs, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance
Drive revenue improvements and cost-management strategies
Build, support, and mentor a high‑performing finance team
Play an active role in quality improvement and strategic decision‑making, supporting organizational growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance required
5–10+ years of progressive finance leadership, preferably in healthcare and/or nonprofit setting
Demonstrated ability to manage financial complexity and organizational growth
Proven command of accounting systems, cost reporting, payor revenue cycle, and forecasting
Strong communication and leadership skills with support for organizational quality improvement and strategic initiative alignment
Preferred
Master's degree and/or CPA preferred
