Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement SAP Fiori applications
Perform SAP UI5 front-end development and ABAP backend development
Work with Web Dynpro and SAP ECC HCM solutions
Collaborate with UX designers to improve application usability
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Identify, troubleshoot, and debug Fiori and related SAP issues
Perform unit testing and support business user acceptance testing (UAT)
Develop technical specifications, design documents, and project documentation
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and business partners
Qualification
Required
Must be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance
2+ years of proven experience as an SAP Fiori Developer or similar role
Strong experience with SAP Fiori (UI5) front-end development
Hands-on ABAP development experience
Experience with Web Dynpro
SAP HCM project experience (SuccessFactors experience not required)
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
Understanding of SAP HANA, OData services, and NetWeaver Gateway
Experience with SAP Fiori design principles and application templates
Experience with SAP ERP implementations
Knowledge of SAP Fiori Elements, SAP Web IDE, Eclipse, and Git
Preferred
3–5 years of overall software development experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field is preferred
If no relevant degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required
