Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable, distributed, and fault-tolerant full stack applications (front-end + back-end)
Learn new skills in a unique niche pushing the limitation of multimedia management systems in a fast paced project driven environment
Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Grok, and similar LLM-driven platforms to enhance productivity, code quality, and testing
Write clean, tested, and documented code focused on performance, scalability, and maintainability
Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including planning, development, code review, deployment, and monitoring
Integrate with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
Identify performance, usability, and architecture bottlenecks and propose solutions
Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, web, and distributed systems, applying them to improve product capabilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of full stack development with strong skills in:
Front-end: React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI)
Back-end: Node.js, Elixir/Phoenix, or similar modern frameworks
Databases: Relational (Postgres, MySQL, Supabase) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis)
Proven experience using AI-powered development tools (Cursor, Grok, Copilot, etc.) in production workflows
Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and microservices
Experience deploying to GIT, AWS, GCP, or Azure, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Startup mentality: proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must be based in Las Vegas and available onsite M–F, 7:00am–4:00pm
Preferred
Experience with real-time media applications, AV/telecom systems, or device automation
Hands-on UX/UI design experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Experience integrating AI/ML APIs into production systems
Familiarity with interactive mapping or GIS libraries (Mapbox, Leaflet, etc.)
