Business Development Manager

They are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to grow the UPTIME brands across Massachusetts and the Northeast Region by partnering with distributors and retailers to maximize sales, visibility, and consumer engagement.

Required
Minimum of 5-6 years of sales experience preferred in the food and beverage industry
Excellent time management skills
Highly motivated self-starter
Good attention to detail and competent written & reporting skills
Understanding of retail business operations - pricing, margins shelf space
Ability to make quick decisions; operate in a autonomous work environment and take initiative
Strong business acumen, relationship management skills customer focus
Physically able to lift and move cases of products and place POS
Must possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of state car registration and insurance and an acceptable driving record
Up to 50% travel based on home location
