Senior Human Resources Generalist

They are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist who will be responsible for executing HR strategies that support the organizational business plan, overseeing functions such as payroll, benefits management, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

Contribute to developing HR strategies that support the overall business goals of the company
Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member
Ensure that employment policies follow current laws and regulations
Generate official internal documents regarding HR operations/employee relations
Investigate the complaints brought forward by employees
Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports
Keep current with the latest HR trends and best practice
Multi-task in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)

Required

Strong HR experience in at least five (5) human resources disciplines: Compliance, Employee Relations, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Performance Management
Outstanding analytical and communication skills
Knowledge of employment laws
Multi-state full-cycle payroll processing experience
Ability to apply HR policies and company guidelines
Compliance knowledge with state and federal labor laws
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ADP Workforce Now HR Management software
Ability to organize and analyze statistical data and prepare comprehensive reports
Ethical business professional with strong organizational, leadership, and management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to research and implement technology solutions
Experience with HRIS systems
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Meticulous attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in human resources or at least five (5) years of relevant experience in a Senior Human Resource capacity
This position is a hybrid role with 3 required days in-office at Operation HOPE Global Headquarters

Preferred

SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification
