Inside Sales Account Manager

Maintaining and cultivating relationships with clients

Qualification
Required
Experience in Inside Sales and a strong ability to generate and manage sales leads
Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address client needs effectively
Strong capabilities in Building Relationships and Account Management for developing long-lasting client trust
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure client concerns are addressed professionally
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field (preferred but not required)
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
Prior experience in technology sales or related fields is advantageous
