Signature Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Scheduler / Recruiter to join their Human Resources team. This role is essential in attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top talent across various departments while managing the recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a seamless hiring process that aligns with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, social media, and job boards
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and presenting candidates for various roles including technical, executive, campus, and internal recruiting
Utilize scheduling and Recruiting software
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture
Negotiate employment terms and contracts with candidates while maintaining compliance with employment & labor laws
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition plans
Manage relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders to optimize recruitment efforts
Lead employee orientation sessions and assist in onboarding new hires efficiently
On Call Rotation REQUIRED
Strong logistics understanding and multi tasking abilities
Stay informed on industry trends related to HR sourcing, social media management, and employment law to enhance recruiting strategies

Strong logistics understanding and multi tasking abilities
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities for engaging candidates and stakeholders effectively
Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal staffing processes
Proficient in computer skills
Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance during hiring processes
Familiarity with HR tools including Salesforce, Kronos, Paychex, Lever, and Social Media Management platforms for talent sourcing and relationship management
Ability to conduct effective interviewing techniques along with research skills for lead generation and candidate evaluation
Experience in training & development programs related to talent acquisition strategies
Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates at all levels of the organization
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
