Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate business operations in district showrooms to achieve financial goals, driving revenue growth and profitability
Perform resource allocation, workload assignment, and schedule management for assigned projects, optimizing efficiency and productivity
Manage a team of professionals on a daily basis to meet or exceed company objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Identify skill gaps and schedule trainings for team members, ensuring continuous improvement and professional growth
Resolve all customer issues and ensure outstanding customer service, cultivating loyalty and positive brand perception
Conduct performance evaluations of team members and provide feedback for improvements, driving individual and team success
Build strong working relationships and maintain effective communications with team members, promoting collaboration and teamwork
Identify business challenges and suggest appropriate action plans, contributing to the development of new business strategies for growth and revenue generation
Manage budgets, control expenses, and identify revenue opportunities, optimizing operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Assist in employee recruitment, promotion, retention, and termination activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including staffing, recruiting, and retaining talent
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail or sales management
Strong financial acumen with a track record of achieving financial goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor and develop team members
Experience in training and development of staff
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
Experience in strategic planning and execution
Proficient in resource management and operational efficiency
Knowledge of HR practices related to recruitment, retention, and employee relations
Preferred
Experience in the bedding or home goods industry
Familiarity with marketing campaigns and promotions
Experience with performance evaluation and feedback processes
