Regional Vice President of Sales
Storm3 is partnered with a category-leading fertility & family benefits company transforming how employers support families. They are seeking a high-impact RVP of Sales to drive enterprise revenue and deepen relationships with HR and benefits decision-makers.
Responsibilities
Identify, target, and close enterprise employer accounts aligned to the ideal customer profile
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, benefits executives, and C-suite stakeholders
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demos, proposals, and contract negotiation
Deliver compelling, tailored presentations that clearly articulate ROI, workforce impact, and value
Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights on fertility, family benefits, and employee wellbeing trends
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure smooth close and onboarding
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting in CRM
Qualification
Required
Must be in the Pacific Northwest Territory
10+ years of B2B sales experience in HealthTech
Deep experience selling employer benefits / HR solutions
Proven success closing enterprise deals and navigating complex buying committees
Experience in the fertility or family benefits space
Comfortable in a fast-growth, mission-driven environment
