Engage directly with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience by understanding their needs, offering expert advice, and guiding them through the furniture and mattress buying journey
Assist customers with product selections
Maintain showroom standards
Stay informed about current promotions and product details
Achieve sales targets
Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and promote Raymour & Flanigan's values of service and quality

Required

Ability to work in an on-site retail environment and to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
