Responsibilities
2D CNC programming Mastercam 2025 is a must; good understanding of AXYZ CNC router machining
Set up, test and adjust machines to produce high quality parts efficiently
Monitor and improve product quality/ Assure quality (cut, sizing, etc.) for any product during and after production. Ensure all products meet our standards
Familiar with working in the metric and English measurement systems
Cut various types of sheet materials like plastics, HPL, aluminum
Work with the HQ technical team on product implementation, and troubleshooting
Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, and orthographic drawings
Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements
