Inside Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage Inside Sales and Outside Sales (OSP) teams
Set, monitor, and achieve revenue, conversion, and retention goals
Oversee field sales for exclusions, termite, bed bug, and specialty services
Ensure pricing, quoting, and CRM standards are followed consistently
Monitor pipeline health, close rates, and territory performance
Provide regular reporting and forecasts to executive leadership
Partner with Operations, Customer Service, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of sales management or team leadership experience
Experience managing inside and/or field sales teams
Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
Strong coaching, communication, and analytical skills
CRM experience required (FieldRoutes or similar preferred)
Preferred
Pest control, home services, or route-based business experience a plus
