Responsibilities
Assess business needs and define technical/data solutions
Create functional specs and source-to-target mappings
Analyze and validate payer data (claims, membership, provider, clinical)
Work with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake teams for data delivery
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance
Optimize ETL processes and support change management
Lead large-scale projects and manage multiple tasks. Document requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
8+ years in business/data analysis and project management
5+ years in healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid)
Strong techno-functional expertise in the healthcare payer domain
Strong skills in SQL
Strong skills in Oracle
Experience with Azure Data Factory
Experience with Databricks
Experience with Snowflake
Ability to assess business needs and define technical/data solutions
Ability to create functional specs and source-to-target mappings
Ability to analyze and validate payer data (claims, membership, provider, clinical)
Knowledge of ETL processes and data governance
Strong communication skills
Leadership skills
Ability to manage concurrent projects
Preferred
Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Domain expertise in healthcare systems like FACETS, EDI transactions, care management standards
