Responsibilities
Work closely with executives to prioritize and execute strategic objectives across the organization
Translate high-level strategy into clear action plans and measurable outcomes
Prepare briefings, analyses, and materials for key decisions and leadership engagements
Design and maintain operating rhythms (planning cycles, project trackers, executive updates, follow-ups)
Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring coordination across departments
Identify organizational gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, implementing proactive solutions
Serve as a central hub for information flow and alignment across teams
Ensure decisions and priorities are communicated clearly and consistently
Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and high performance
Lead high-impact, high-visibility projects with autonomy, discretion, and judgment
Qualification
Required
Professional experience in operations, strategy, consulting, investment banking, or similar execution-focused roles
Experience working closely with C-suite executives, founders, or senior leadership in high-growth environments
Strong analytical skills and comfort with complex, ambiguous problems
Exceptional organizational skills and operational rigor
Excellent verbal and written communication; clear, direct, and thoughtful
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments and deliver under pressure
Highly resourceful, motivated, and comfortable being 'always-on' when urgency demands responsiveness
Positive, proactive, low-ego collaborator who thrives in startup and scaling environments
Preferred
Experience in crypto, blockchain, or Web3 ecosystems
Background in investment banking or other detail-focused analytical environments
Previous experience partnering with founders or working in early-stage organizations
