Responsibilities
Provide in‑OR support, guidance, and troubleshooting for BD surgical products
Support physicians, nurses, and OR staff during surgical procedures involving BD infection prevention and biosurgical products
Deliver high‑quality clinical in‑services, staff education, and new‑product onboarding
Partner with the Territory Manager to prioritize accounts, procedures, and training opportunities
Support execution of business strategies aligned to territory and regional objectives
Manage inventory‑related tasks and administrative responsibilities as assigned
Conduct surgeon, staff, and hospital training programs
Support regional physician proctor activities and centers‑of‑excellence initiatives
Assist in the execution of BD‑sponsored programs, clinical education events, and trade shows
Maintain accurate account documentation, activity logs, and required reporting
Ensure all promotional materials, demo kits, and product samples are organized and compliant
Complete all Workday, compliance, quality, and training modules by assigned deadlines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
Ability to travel up to 70%
