Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding of new employees
Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
Maintain HR records, personnel files, and job descriptions
Facilitate performance management, training and compliance programs
Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws
Support employee engagement initiatives that promote growth, transparency, morale, and retention
Manage employee communications
Provide quarterly on-site HR support to location in Georgia
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or relevant experience)
2-5 years of HR Generalist experience, prefer in manufacturing and multi-state environments
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Strong knowledge of employment law, payroll (Paycor), and HR best practices
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
High integrity, discretion, attention to detail and good judgement
