Motivate peers and set the pace for workload completion by completing tasks with urgency
Educate Brand Associates through on-the-job training of Shipment, Promotional Signage, and Markdown
Execute Shipment, Promotional Signage, and Markdown Standard Operating Procedures
Assist in setup of Standard Operating Procedures
Conduct promotional signage and markdown audits
Execute back stocking and replenishment
Execute flexing decisions and visual guide moves as planned
Ensure that visuals and product standards are upheld in divisions and back of house
Scheduled to support in all work centers and Leader on Duty during non-peak periods
Qualification
