Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and close new clients for medical-grade janitorial and related services
Develop and execute a sales strategy to support expansion into new markets and regions
Build and maintain strong relationships with facilities directors, supply chain, procurement and decision-makers
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations
Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate forecasting
Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients
Recruit, hire, and onboard sales representatives as the company expands
Set clear performance goals, KPIs, and accountability standards for the sales team
Coach and mentor team members to improve selling skills, industry knowledge, and results
Establish repeatable sales processes, tools, and best practices
Foster a performance-driven, collaborative, and ethical sales culture
Identify new geographic markets, verticals, and growth opportunities
Provide leadership with insights, data, and recommendations to support expansion decisions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales and business development within an established, ideally in facilities services or janitorial services
5+ years in a senior sales role with responsibility for large accounts, complex deal cycles, and revenue targets
Prior experience leading, managing, or building sales teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
Demonstrated success closing complex service-based contracts
Previous experience managing, mentoring, or building sales teams
Polished, professional, and upbeat demeanor with a strong executive presence
Proven ability to handle rejection with resilience, tenacity, and professionalism
Strong understanding of consultative selling and long sales cycles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly organized with strong CRM and pipeline management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
