Responsibilities

You’ll be working as part of a team to support the project manager in running of day to day business, involving customer contacts with job updates and enquiries
Updating in house systems including customer reports, Invoicing, time sheets, taking payments over the phone, raising purchase orders via our in-house systems, telephone & email enquiries
Other ad-hoc general admin duties

Required

Minimum 12 months experience working in a busy office
Previous data entry experience
Background in customer service
Excellent IT skills (Excel, Word)
Ability to learn new in house IT systems
