Reporting to Managing Director, Finance
Assisting in Reviewing NAV Package, Expense Budgets, & Capital Calls and Distributions
Overseeing Quarterly Reporting Prepared by Fund Administrators
Assisting in the Review of Quarterly Fund Financial Statements
Performing Monthly and Quarterly Expense Forecasting and Investigating Variances/Discrepancies
Maintaining Internal Ledgers all Funds
Liaison with External Auditors & Fund Administrator
Qualification
Required
4-8 Years of Fund Accounting Experience- Open to a Straight Public Auditor with Asset Management Clients, a Public/Private Background or a Straight Private Background (Out of Fund Admin or Another Asset Manager)
Must have Strong Alternative Asset Management Industry Experience - Private Equity or Hedge Fund or Fund Administrator
Preferred
CPA & MBA a big Plus
