Responsibilities
Serve as the brand voice in all communications with sororities and other customers, creating authentic connections through shared enthusiasm
Represent the company with confidence and personality during video calls with prospective customers
Send fun, creative, and high-energy text messages to generate excitement and interest among customers
Maintain expert-level knowledge of our apparel, including styles, fits, and sizing options, to provide personalized recommendations
Utilize CRM tools and customer data to identify new sales opportunities and proactively reach out to leads
Track sales performance and key metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive growth
Support customer satisfaction by integrating feedback into marketing and product strategies
Take full ownership of customer orders, guiding customers through the design and production process, and assisting with financial details including invoicing and payment coordination
Work collaboratively with the team and actively participate in regular meetings focused on enhancing communication, improving sales tactics, and aligning team goals
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven track record of team collaboration and leadership
Experience with social media or marketing equivalent
Must be available to work in-office
