The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SAP TM solution design, integration, and deployment while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize transportation and logistics operations.

Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle SAP TM implementations including blueprinting, configuration, development, testing, and go-live support
Design and implement transportation planning, execution, and settlement processes
Integrate SAP TM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, EWM, GTS, and third-party carrier systems
Configure and optimize Freight Unit Management, Transportation Planning, Carrier Selection, and Freight Settlement
Provide solution architecture and best practice guidance for logistics and supply chain processes
Manage client workshops, requirement gathering, and business process mapping
Lead and mentor junior consultants and offshore teams
Support system enhancements, performance optimization, and production support
Ensure documentation, compliance, and change management processes are followed
Qualification
Required
15+ years of SAP consulting experience with 7+ years in SAP TM
Strong hands-on experience with SAP TM in S/4HANA and/or ECC environments
Expertise in transportation planning, freight management, and logistics execution
Strong integration knowledge with SAP EWM, SD, MM, FI, and third-party TMS systems
Experience with SAP Fiori apps related to TM processes
Knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, APIs, and EDI integrations
Strong understanding of freight costing, settlement, and charge calculation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
