Responsibilities
Prioritizing teamwork with the rest of the service team
Answering inbound phone calls
Helping walk-in clients
Making payments and explaining billing questions
Making outbound payment calls
Handling incoming faxes emails, & mail
Sending, receiving, and e-filing client documents
Changing/cancelling client policies according to guidelines
Effectively communicating with the sales team
Prioritizing teamwork with the rest of the service team
Learning and adapting with the team as the agency grows
Qualification
Required
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Ability to work full-time: 38 Hours/week: Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm, Fri 9am-3pm, plus one 'on-call' Saturday every 6-8 weeks
Willingness to work in-office in Northampton, PA
No prior experience required as training will be provided
Ability to prioritize teamwork with the rest of the service team
Ability to answer inbound phone calls
Ability to help walk-in clients
Ability to make payments and explain billing questions
