Responsibilities
Produce impactful communications through multimedia and visual storytelling
Responsible for all aspects of the creative process, including concept development, storyboarding, client engagement and managing a team of creative professionals
Qualification
Required
At least 15 years of experience working as a Creative Director or related position(s)
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, broadcast production, communications or similar discipline
Ability to troubleshoot and find creative solutions
Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with tight deadlines and requirements with strict quality control
Creative leader with visual storytelling experience through multimedia
Ability to lead a team to meet deadlines while building collaborative relationships with a large network of international colleagues, leaders and other stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal communication skills to align on project needs, creative development, resources and schedule while collaborating with multiple teams
Experience with live events, photography, video editing, motion graphics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish is a plus
