Branch Manager
Metric Geo is a leading air compressor manufacturer with an international presence, focusing on highly engineered products. The Branch Manager will oversee all functions within the branch, including sales, operations, service, and engineering, while being accountable for P/L and revenue performance.
Responsibilities
Develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Devise sales strategy to efficiently grow the revenue and profitability of the company
Evaluate current operational performance and implement change for improvements
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience in sales management
Strong leader who has managed teams
Background in industrial equipment, ideally capital equipment, sales
Based in the Kansas City area or able to relocate
Proven ability to sell industrial equipment
Self-starting attitude towards sales
An excellent communicator with management experience
A critical thinker who requires little guidance to solve problems
High energy, self-driven person with an entrepreneurial outlook to business
