This role involves delivering actionable insights through financial analysis and advanced Excel modeling to inform strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
Support annual budget, forecast, and long-range planning processes, including template development, input consolidation, and detailed variance analysis
Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives
Prepare monthly financial reporting packages with clear performance insights versus budget and forecast
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
Produce ad hoc analyses and reports to support business decisions and leadership requests
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance roles
Advanced Excel modeling skills
Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting methodologies, and business drivers
Demonstrated ability to communicate financial insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
Self-directed, detail-oriented professional with strong accountability and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Power BI proficiency
Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion/Essbase, Anaplan) preferred
