Lead business development and marketing efforts for the engineering practice
Expand client relationships and identify new opportunities
Clearly communicate the firm's technical capabilities and value
Coordinate with engineering teams to support proposals, client discussions and strategic pursuits
Ensure technical accuracy and credibility
Support growth using engineering judgement and business insight
Qualification
Required
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in civil and structural engineering
Candidates must have passed the NCEES Professional Engineer (PE) Examination
Strong background in structural engineering
Formal business training
Experience working with public-sector clients, including federal agencies
Familiarity with qualifications-based selection and public procurement processes
Professional experience in structural engineering practice
Demonstrated involvement with public infrastructure or water resources projects
Preferred
A master's degree in business administration or equivalent business leadership experience
Prior experience with federal agencies, particularly the US Army Corps of Engineers
