Responsibilities
Run an independent crypto quantitative trading strategy (systematic or semi-systematic)
Generate consistent risk-adjusted returns on allocated firm capital
Own the full lifecycle of the strategy: research, execution, risk management, and performance
Collaborate with internal risk, technology, and trading infrastructure teams as needed
Scale capital responsibly while maintaining disciplined drawdown control
Qualification
Required
Proven track record running a crypto-focused quantitative trading strategy
Experience as a Quant Trader or Portfolio Manager in a prop trading firm
Demonstrated ability to manage risk and produce consistent returns
Strategy must be deployable on firm capital (no purely theoretical research roles)
Benefits
