Responsibilities
Support a Fortune 500 Aero Defense company as a Design Engineer
Responsibilities include detailed mechanical design and drafting of test stations, design changes, and general CAD modeling
Design responsibilities shall also include designing vibration fixtures for units under test and fixtures for thermal testing
Qualification
Required
MUST BE A US CITIZEN (ITAR REQUIREMENT)
Candidates must be able to create 3D mechanical models, CCAs, harnesses and cables
implementation of geometric tolerancing
experience in 3D modeling (CREO experience required)
optical physics
understanding of precision machining
design review presentations
5 years experience of Creo
5 years experience in Mechanical design or Electromechanical design
At least 1 year of Windchill experience
Coordination with the documentation group on both program product design as well as the test engineering packaging group is also required
Preferred
understanding and implementation of geometric tolerancing
experience in 3D modeling (CREO experience required)
optical physics
understanding of precision machining
design review presentations
