Responsibilities
Lead a portfolio of oncology and consumer-focused client accounts in partnership with senior client stakeholders
Oversee project execution across brands, ensuring regulatory-compliant delivery of integrated programs
Manage account financials including budgeting, forecasting, and staffing in collaboration with project management and finance partners
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing client services team across multiple brands or accounts
Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Medical, and Production partners to deliver high-quality work aligned to client goals
Qualification
Required
10+ years of client services experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences advertising environments
2+ years of hands-on oncology experience supporting brands across multiple indications or life-cycle stages
Experience managing $8–12M+ in annual scope across multiple brands or complex accounts
Experience supporting new product launches, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases
Proven financial ownership including forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning across teams
Experience overseeing integrated work including TV production and/or patient experience initiatives
Preferred
Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done
Experience contributing to account planning and identifying client growth opportunities
Working knowledge of U.S. pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing regulations
Experience developing or reviewing scopes of work in partnership with project management teams
Advanced degree such as an MBA
