Executive Creative Director

They are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to manage client portfolios, ensuring top-notch creative and strategic support while executing tailored marketing strategies and overseeing content creation.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for a roster of Hype Boss clients
Understand each client’s brand voice, industry, and competitors like it’s your own business
Lead seamless onboarding of new clients, including brand discovery sessions, intake forms, and platform access
Maintain up-to-date client folders with all brand assets, contracts, SOWs, and deliverables
Set clear expectations and success metrics from Day 1
Participate in clients meetings and send recaps, next steps, and approvals in writing after meetings
Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies based on each client’s goals in conjunction with the brand strategy team
Advocate for your client internally while also holding them accountable to timelines and scope
Create and maintain detailed project timelines, deliverables trackers, and approval checkpoints. (Slack and Go High Level)
Escalate blockers early and facilitate cross-functional problem-solving with creative, paid, and production teams
Review and QA creative work before it goes to the client to ensure it’s on brand, grammatically and visually correct and goal-aligned
Track KPIs and pull basic performance data (from IG, Meta, email, etc.) to report wins or areas for improvement. (Collect from Social Media/Strategy Team)
Communicate multiple times daily to effectively keep clients informed and excited about their brand's growth
Liaise with the Hype Boss department heads to make sure that projects are completed on time
Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to assess performance and uncover upsell opportunities
Account Manager will own the client-to-Hype Boss communication, deliverables, and relationship
Ensure the brand strategy team’s plan is implemented and visible to client to achieve client's goals
Ensure all copy and creative output adheres to each client’s tone, style guide, and voice — across all platforms and formats. Works with creative team to make adjustments as necessary. Fosters relationship with Client to solicit feedback as necessary and gains appropriate approvals on content created on clients’ behalf
Own the end-to-end content pipeline from concept to publish ensuring consistency, creativity, and strategic timing
Manage and over see content team publishing content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok including Reels, stories, and videos — with high attention to caption copy, trending hashtags, and engagement timing
Help conceptualize and storyboard video content or campaigns to streamline production and ensure brand alignment
Conduct and coordinate content shoots (both on-site and remote) for clients as needed available to Florida-based team members or those with boots on the ground in key markets
Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats (like IG Collabs, TikTok voiceovers, etc.) to keep content fresh and competitive
Track post performance and engagement analytics and share those analytics with brand strategy team, creative, and client
Review analytics and performance with client
Coordinate with influencers, creators, or clients for UGC-style content that feels authentic and community-driven where applicable and where aligned with brand strategy
Utilize Hype Boss platforms (Asana, Slack, Google Workspace) to communicate with internal teams and client, ensuring clarity, speed, and collaboration
Coordinate blog and content rollouts with creative team, ensuring blog strategy, email campaigns, and ads (where applicable) are implemented, posted, and done
Monitor Google Analytics and web platform metrics to track performance and identify growth opportunities
Regularly audit and update client websites to ensure content is current, visually aligned with branding, and optimized for performance across all devices, including up to date photos, bios, “about us” sections, etc
Monitor platform trends and analytics to adjust strategy in real-time and maximize visibility, reach, and engagement
Work with brand strategy team to craft compelling, on-brand press releases that highlight client projects, launches, milestones, and events with clear story angles that grab attention
Strategically pitch press releases to journalists, influencers, media outlets, and aligned platforms — tailoring each pitch to maximize pickup and relevance
Design and update client-specific media kits or digital lookbooks to support pitching and brand representation
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media professionals, building a go-to internal database of press contacts for targeted outreach. Maintain HB press list and make sure contacts are continually updated
Repurpose press releases as evergreen social content, ensuring proper formatting, platform-specific captions, keywords, and backlinks to drive SEO and engagement
Identify opportunities for industry awards, guest features, or editorial columns that elevate client credibility
Track press coverage and compile media reports that showcase client visibility and PR wins across digital, print, and broadcast
Collaborate closely with in-house creatives, external vendors, and production partners to bring high-impact content and campaigns to life
Participate in weekly strategy meetings with the Hype Squad to brainstorm innovative ideas, campaign themes, and client solutions that push creative boundaries
Lead the charge on keeping multiple projects on track — managing timelines, deliverables, and dependencies with precision and clarity
Maintain clear and proactive communication across teams to ensure seamless workflow, fast pivots, and successful project execution
Qualification
Required
5+ years in marketing, social media management, or account management
Agency experience is a plus!
Proficiency in Canva, web design and basic video editing tools
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and trends
Knowledge of SEO principles and blog-writing best practices
Strong organizational and project management abilities
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
