Effective communication and teamwork abilities to ensure collaboration with sponsors, CROs, and internal teams
Proficiency in using clinical trial software and systems for study documentation and monitoring
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field; previous experience in clinical research preferred
